Trial of Benjamin Brewer

Benjamin Brewer's criminal trial is set to begin January 22, 2018.  In June 2015, Brewer crashed his semi-truck into 6 people killing them and injuring multiple others in Chattanooga, TN.  He picked up speeding, DUI, reckless aggravated assault, and vehicular homicide charges.  He is being represented by the public defender on his speeding/traffic and criminal charges, and a jury is being brought in from Nashville, TN for his trial.
